How often to consume?
This is the most common question we are asked. There are a few basic TCM rules, however post rules – we encourage you to be intuitive with your body.
Beginning your first box of Menopause herbs:
If you’re feeling relief from our herbs and your symptoms have started to subside within the first week or so, it is a good idea to still complete the entire box.
We know it may be tempting if you’re feeling fast relief to become lackadaisical after the first week or so, however stick with it consistently for the entire box. The herbs will continue to balance and strengthen the body day by day.
Completed your herbs?
If you’ve finished your box of herbs but wish to remain on them - you can then subsequently reduce to one teabag a day thereafter with a new box of Menopause Herbs. This will allow the body to maintain the level of balance that the first box has achieved, whilst also quietly improving your body at a slower rate than 2 teabags per day.
Wanting another box of Menopause Herbs?
You can consume up to 3 boxes of our Menopause Herbs in a row, at twice per day without taking a break.
If your body has been really suffering through menopause, then this may be the option for you. Sometimes, when our bodies are quite imbalanced – we are unaware of what our ‘normal’ feels like. Meaning that when you think you feel ‘normal’ or ‘balanced’, you actually may have much more room for improvement.
Do I need to stop taking these herbs at some point?
When you begin to feel balanced, healthy and happy, you can drink the tea every other day, or on the odd occasion as desired.
