Refund Policy

We understand that minds change, and that’s okay.

Your Tea International Group Ltd/Your Tea Ltd will accept returns and a credit note will be issued if you change your mind. Once your return is received by our warehouse, within 30 days of purchase date, unopened or ‘lightly used’, in its original packaging, we will issue you with a store credit to the value of the product purchase price.

If you would like to return your purchase, please contact our customer service team at returns@yourtea.com, they will email you details for the return address. Please bear in mind, we do not refund shipping costs and return shipping is at your own expense.

What do we mean by ‘lightly used’?

"Lightly used" means an item may have some signs of minor wear or a small number of teabags missing, but must not be damaged unless the item was received by you in this condition.
