Shipping policy

*REMINDER TO CUSTOMERS WITH REFILL/BLACK TUMBLER ORDER*

Please note, that due to Covid-19 delays with sea freight, part of your order will be arriving from our international warehouse (at our expense). You will receive a separate tracking link ASAP. We apologise for the inconvenience and we appreciate your understanding as we continue to navigate logistics in these times.

*COVID DELAYS*

All couriers are currently experiencing delivery delays due to a high volume of parcels in the network, along with new safety measures to protect their people and customers. Further to this, delays are also occurring as there are fewer domestic flights, international delays, and increased volumes as more people start shopping online.

*We ask for your patience during this time, please note we are unable to control any situation in delays occurred within the postal system.


CANCELLATIONS

Once an order is submitted, we are unable to change any details or cancel the order. Please ensure you check all details including name and address given are correct to avoid disappointment.

 

LOST ITEMS

If items are lost in the post Your Tea reserves the right to send out a replacement. Items that are delayed, are not covered for a refund if they are successfully delivered even though not on time.

All items purchased from Your Tea are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We pass all items onto the carrier that you chose upon checkout of our product - if they lose your parcel, you must contact them and seek compensation. The details of the shipping company responsible for your parcel will be stated on your tracking link.

All our delivery services are chosen for their ability to provide a quality service, if you are unhappy with the delivery of your product as per your shipment contract outlined above, please contact the postal company in charge of shipping your parcel first.

Once you have contacted the shipping company, should they have failed to resolve your issue please email us at hello@yourtea.com with all relevant communication you have had with the postal service.

 

DELIVERED PARCEL BUT NO DELIVERY

If you have received a notification from the postal services/ Your Tea saying that your order has been delivered, but you do not physically have the parcel, please contact the assigned postal carrier as per tracking link as they are whom have delivered your parcel. Also note; check for a collection slip as more often than not the postman will leave a collection slip for you to collect your parcel from the post office. Check with people you live with; they may have picked it up, check behind gardens, bins and pillars.

If you receive a collection slip in your letterbox to pick up your parcel from the nearest post office, please do so ASAP or it will be sent 'return to sender' after 3 days and you will be responsible for postage charges for Your Tea to return the parcel to you. Refunds will not be issued.

If your tracking number shows that your parcel has been delivered, Your Tea are not responsible for replacement and / or refund of the purchased order.

 

RE-DELIVERY / DELAYS

Cost for re-delivery attempts due to incorrect details being provided at checkout will be passed on to the customer. When your order is shipped you will be sent an email confirmation with an order number which must be used when inquiring about your order.

We are unable to redirect orders to another address once they have been dispatched.

*YOUR TEA will make every effort to dispatch your order in a timely manner, however we are not liable for delayed or lost shipments.

 

ORDERS

Orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of being received, and arrive approximately 2 - 10* working days from dispatch depending on the address location. Orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched Monday. You will get an email when your order is dispatched so you can track your order. Please do not email us within 3 days of placing your order requesting a tracking link; this is provided to us by the postal services and once we have this, you will be emailed. *Delays are currently expected worldwide due to Covid-19, this does not impact the dispatch timing of our warehouse and we are still operating as per usual.

SHIPPING COSTS

US Shipping is $10 for products up to 0.41kg; 0.42kg to 1kg is $15 and anything exceeding is $20 if outside the free shipping conditions.

*FREE shipping for US orders over $120 ($140 for some Asian countries) - after any discounts or vouchers are applied.

*Shipping costs vary depending on country of destination.

*Shipping costs under any circumstances will not be refunded.

*Your Tea takes no responsibility in damaged packages while in the care of postal services.

 

TAXES/ DUTIES/ FEES

Your order may be charged customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees) on arrival. Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees as they are decided on and charged by your country’s customs office. As we are unable to advise the amount this may be, please check with your local customs authority prior to placing an order.

If you don’t want to pay the additional fees, your parcel will be returned to us. Once your parcel has been returned, we can refund your order minus the cost of shipping.

Customers are responsible for paying any freight charges incurred by a refused shipment and unclaimed goods.

Note: All days refer to business days (Monday - Friday). Shipping companies do not process parcels during weekends.

These above time frames are stipulated by the shipping companies that we use in each location. On the rare occasion, shipping duration may extend beyond these expected time frames. However, your tracking link will always keep you up to date with where your parcel is in transit.
